When considering a VISA Application, the Entry Clearance Officer must be satisfied that the sponsor can provide satisfactory accommodation. This means the accommodation must be fit to live in and will not be overcrowded.

The accommodation inspection will involve our surveyor assessing that the property:

• Is not statutorily overcrowded and shall have sufficient space to accommodate both the applicant and current occupiers under the Housing Act 1985.
• Is free from Hazards as outlined under the Housing Act 2004, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
• Is free from conditions that may present a public health nuisance.
• Is in reasonable state of repair and have reasonably modern facilities / services.Our reports are compliant and produced in accordance with the requirements by all British High Commissions and Embassies abroad and by the UK Border Agency.
